Accolade Support and Care is a local organisation dedicated to providing specialist, highly responsive and personalised home care and support in the area of Bishop’s Cleeve, Tewkesbury and surrounding villages. Our commitment to you is to provide friendly and unrushed service, with an ongoing regular communication to ensure your needs are met and you are happy with the support you receive.

Services that we offer include personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, assistance with travel and appointments, domestic duties, dementia care and much more. We can arrange packages of care to facilitate a safe and prompt hospital discharge back to your home, supporting you until you regain your independence. We can also deliver more intensive and long term packages for those with high dependency needs. Our care packages vary from 24 hour care, live-in to short-term respite, to hourly personal care or household duties.

Whatever your requirements, you can be assured of a quality service, delivered by caring, well trained support workers who are there to help you with your daily tasks. Regardless of the care package required at Accolade Support and Care we endeavour to place a team of the same support workers to be with you on an ongoing basis. This way you will benefit from a continuity of care and companionship by having someone who understands your needs well.

Focused on your outcomes, no matter how big or small, we work in partnership with professionals, agencies, families and the community to maximise your potential, and provide a structured personalised service that is underpinned by transparency and accountability. Your independence, choice, dignity and confidence- that’s our ultimate goal.

We want the people we care for to become as independent as possible and for everyone involved to have complete transparency on the status of each person’s care. That’s why we have developed our care support processes around 3 core principles:

1) Everyone is unique – so we put ‘person centred’ care plans at the heart of everything. It’s your life, it’s your care and that is our starting point- getting to know and understand you.

2) Everyone needs unique support – so our staff are trained in the specific requirements of every person we help. They get additional training whenever they need it.

3) Complete transparency – our daily reporting and monitoring process means everyone involved gets a clear picture on how the people we care for are doing.

Our process enables us to manage the full care requirements of each person as efficiently as possible. Family members and those involved in their care get all the relevant information they need whenever they want it. Case managers can have peace of mind and reporting that is streamlined to the way they work.

If you would like more information about Accolade and what we can do for you or your loved one please get in touch- we are here to listen and understand your needs in an atmosphere of respect and confidentiality.
